Job Title: Work Experience Retail (m/f/d)

Reports To:

Based At: Wertheim Village

POSITION SUMMARY:

The main task will be supporting the Retail Team in any administrative workload. The Work Experience Retail (m/f/d) will coordinate all retail activities and initiatives closely with the Retail team. H/S/V will be the point of contact for Retail with all common projects. H/S/V will coordinate activities linked to store staff with the dedicated Retail Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in the implementation and administration of the Village Retail Strategy

  • Provide support to the Retail team to reach Business Village goals, this includs:
  • Correspondence between the different departments and Village staff members
  • Creating and maintaining excel lists and pptx.
  • Support in preparing external and internal Business Reviews
  • Creating after action reviews together with the Retail Managers
  • Communicate and follow up on all administrative related issues to the different departments
  • Co-ordinate the correct communication to the relevant parties at the right time whilst ensuring a proper follow up is achieved across all distribution channels
  • Work closely with the Retail Analyst and ensure the Retail Tool Kit is up to date.
  • Co-participation in the creative of the monthly newsletter representing retail aspects and co-participation in the creative of the Village News.
  • Provide support for Retail Director by coordinating agenda, emails and calls
  • Participate in special projects as necessary, i.e. CONIQ


BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

  • Preferable a degree educated or relevant experience gained in a fashion environment.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent eye for detail and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, process oriented and customer-centric solution driven skills with an eye for detail
  • Fluent in English and German language. Any other European language advantageous.
