HUGO BOSS as one of the leading premium fashion brands is founding a subsidiary with the aim of bringing all material leftovers of the HUGO BOSS AG into sustainable use. The subsidiary will operate under an own branding (current working title "REFAB") and with an own organisational set-up.

As a HR Assistant, you will work at the HR department and support the HR department in the operational field. You are responsible for the administration of the day to day HR activities and recruitment. Your tasks consist of the following:

What you can expect:

  • Responsible for the personnel administration (inflow and outflow)
  • Drafting employee contracts, keeping the personnel systems up-to-date and taking care of all relevant correspondence;
  • First responder shared HR phoneline and email
  • Invoice management
  • Responsible for Temper (online flexible professionals platform)
  • Assist the line managers with probation periods, end of contracts, etc.;
  • Responsible for the first line in the recruitment and selection process, excluding the interviews;
  • Support & refer the various managers to the correct HR representative regarding specific areas including but not limited to, absenteeism, collective labor agreements and labor conditions;
  • Responsible for the monthly HR reporting;
  • Taking minutes in several meetings
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

Your profile:

  • A relevant college (HBO or MBO+) degree;
  • Proven HR Administration & Recruitment experience.
  • Language skills: Dutch and English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Excellent time and organization skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Flexible and able to adapt
