Payroll Coordinator (m/f/d) 
Slovenija

Responsibilities: 

  • First point of contact for social security, wage, and labor law issues for our employees 

  • Processing and maintenance of all personnel master data in our employee system Same System & SuccessFactors 

  • Creation of employment contracts, references, and various work confirmations, etc. 

  • Preparation of monthly payroll accounting 

  • Administrative and organizational tasks such as maternity protection and parental leave administration, parental part-time work, travel expense accounting, etc. 

  • Structured organization of all documents in our digital personnel files 

  • Close, cross-departmental cooperation with all stakeholders and with our external payroll department 

  • Coordination with relevant authorities and offices 

  • Collaboration in the optimization of international projects regarding our systems 

  • Reporting to the local finance team 

  • Collaboration with our People & Culture Business Partner 

Qualifications: 

  • Specialist knowledge in the areas of payroll accounting, labor law, and time recording is an advantage 

  • Commercial understanding (e.g., through professional experience or lectures)  

  • Conscientious way of working and a quick grasp of things 

  • Excellent self-management accompanied by a structured and organized approach 

  • Service-oriented, positive mindset as well as social competence and good communication skills 

  • Independent and solution-oriented action paired with a precise way of working 

  • Flexible, resilient, and proactive personality with a hands-on mentality 

  • Fluency in Slovenian and in English language
