Job Title: Client Coordinator & Sales

Location: Woburn Walk, Bloomsbury, London WC1H

Reports to: Director of Sales

Working alongside: Sales team, Atelier Assistant (fittings)

Responsible for: Front-of-house, client communications and sales

Job Purpose

To facilitate the smooth running of the Halfpenny London Boutique through excellent customer service in our retail stores. You will be responsible for communicating with all customers throughout their bridal journey and supporting all client facing areas and teams.

You will maintain up-to-date processes, liaising between departments and ensuring smooth and professional day-to-day running of the client communications. Working closely with the Assistant Retail Manager and the Director of Sales. Reaching budgets through sales and optimizing CRM through effective communications. Working with the Atelier Assistant to ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner and clients are scheduled accordingly for bridal fittings.

Sharing a comprehensive knowledge of the Halfpenny London collections and brand standards, to ensure these are met through regularly revised processes and professional conduct

Key duties & responsibilities:

    Coordinating all aspects of Halfpenny London’s CRM for the retail team Scheduling appointments and diary management Hosting appointments as a Halfpenny London stylist with a excellent level of customer service Manage emails, phone calls and diary management. Manage balances due to then book in brides for their fittings. Inputting confirmed sales orders into the Fittings Tracker to follow the journey of a brides dress. Assisting with quarterly stocktake. Merchandising and maintaining the appearance of the shop. Ensure sales books and product information are kept up to date. Facilitate Sample Sales and sales events including wholesale bridal market.

    Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask while delivering exceptional service. You will lead with initiative and a self-drive. You will be highly organized and run a clear diary for your team. You will operate in a professional manner, as a proud representative of Halfpenny London, and the culture of the brand. This means bringing a problem-solving attitude, a friendly approach, and a courteous manner in all dealings. You will report to the Sales Director on staff performance, systems in place and changes you suggest. Ability to work positively within a team. Strong communication skills Personal accountability and integrity Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to meet all seasonal deadlines. Eager to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
