This is your chance to support the most exciting and fastest-growing global sportswear brand with their own retail stores operations and expansion. In this role, you will act as the central orchestrator between our retail strategy and tech teams, translating commercial needs into functional requirements for innovative solutions.

As our retail division rapidly expands, we seek to hire a retail-minded team player with a fervor for systems and technology.
In this role you will collaborate with IT Product Managers to convert strategic initiatives into value-sparking tech solutions. Those initiatives can range anywhere from integrating a new POS, PIM, OMS or RFID solution to designing system customizations for increased efficiency or elevated customer experience. Together with other teams at On, you will assess and drive new ideas to inspire the next generation in retail technologies, both customer and company facing.-

Your Mission

Collaborate with our Retail Strategy and Retail Operations team to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within our retail IT systems
Partner with Functional Retail Consultants and IT Product Managers to convert retail requirements into value-creating software solutions
Work with with our IT Product Managers to control time, scope and budget for development projects (executed internally or in collaboration with external partners)
Collaboratively oversee the implementation of eligible software development initiatives from initial exploration to production and beyond.
Shape the integration of existing solutions with external systems to optimize efficiency and enhance functionality
Ensure seamless interaction between existing and new software applications within our retail ecosystem
Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues within current applications, working closely with retail tech support and development teams to implement timely solutions.
Implement and improve monitoring systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.

Your Story

5 years experience as product manager/owner
Engineering or Computer Science degree is a strong asset
Proven track record to manage system integrations & software development projects with multiple stakeholders
Advanced experience with Jira
Substantial experience with software development pipeline management
Knowledge of Agile frameworks and ways of working
Experience with OMS or Microsoft Commerce products (RTS, distribution management, batch jobs) is a strong asset
Proven track record of process and application standardization is a plus
Detail oriented and motivated professional with desire to push the boundaries of conservative retail and process optimisation
Data driven personality with strong communication & problem solving skills
Hands on and entrepreneurial mentality

Additionally you will also have a variety of touch points with cross-functional teams from Finance and Controlling to Digital Innovation as well as PMO to drive a wide array of software development and integration projects.
