As Casablanca Paris continues to expand its brand presence worldwide, we are seeking a visionary Head of Data Analytics to join our dynamic team. At Casablanca, we believe in the power of data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive sustainable growth across our direct-to-consumer sales channels, wholesale partnerships, and product performance metrics.

 

Overview:

As the Head of Data Analytics, you will play a critical role in harnessing the power of data to unlock actionable insights that drive business success. From analysing consumer behaviour across e-commerce platforms and retail stores to evaluating performance metrics for wholesale accounts, you will lead initiatives that optimise sales, enhance customer engagement, and elevate the Casablanca brand experience. Additionally, you will leverage advanced analytical tools and techniques to build detailed consumer profiles for client storytelling, enabling personalised marketing strategies and tailored product offerings.

The role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on direct-to-consumer sales channels, wholesale partnerships, and product performance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for success.
  • Utilise advanced analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL to extract, analyse, and visualize data from multiple sources, including e-commerce platforms, retail POS systems, and wholesale databases.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales growth, optimise inventory management, and enhance customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Build consumer profiles and segmentation models based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioural attributes to support personalised marketing campaigns and product development strategies.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track performance against KPIs and communicate findings to key stakeholders, including executive leadership and retail partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities and drive innovation.

The candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in data analytics roles, with experience in retail, e-commerce, and wholesale industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organisation.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business impact and innovation.

Located with a right to work in London, UK, or Amsterdam, Netherlands, or willing to relocate.
