As Casablanca Paris continues to expand its brand presence worldwide, we are seeking a visionary Technology Stack Manager to join our dynamic team. At Casablanca, we believe in the power of technology to drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and fuel growth across our organisation.


As the Technology Stack Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our internal technology infrastructure, with a focus on key systems including the ERP system from, the retail POS system from Shopify, and our unified data platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of these systems while also driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to support our evolving business needs.

The role:

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system from, including modules for inventory management, sales, procurement, and finance.
  • Manage the setup, customisation, and maintenance of the retail POS system from Shopify, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and optimal functionality for store operations.
  • Develop and implement data integration strategies to ensure the seamless flow of information between our ERP system, POS system, and unified data platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimisation, and system enhancements.
  • Lead system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities to ensure the stability and scalability of our technology stack.
  • Monitor system performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to minimise downtime and mitigate risks.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and inform strategic decision-making related to our technology stack.

The candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience managing and maintaining ERP systems, preferably, in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing retail POS systems, with hands-on experience with Shopify preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data integration principles and experience with unified data platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex technology initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organisation.
