What you'll be doing

The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy role sits within the Strategy team of the SGII (Strategy, Growth, Innovation, Investment) business unit, tasked with defining the Group's long-term vision and strategic planning. This pivotal position reports to the VP Strategy and collaborates closely with top management to drive strategic initiatives and enhance the Group's competitive positioning in the luxury market.

What you'll need to succeed

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with C-Level executives to shape the Group's long-term vision and strategy
- Oversee the strategic 3-year plan and identify key requirements for its execution
- Work closely with Group Finance for annual budgeting, assessing operational and strategic performance
- Evaluate and support strategic initiatives and ventures across various sectors and regions
- Collaborate closely with the Group's M&A team to facilitate investment decisions
- Lead projects, from scoping to execution, ensuring effective recommendations
- Coordinate with Strategic Insights team to leverage market data and stay abreast of trends in the global and regional luxury segment
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders

- Lead and empower team members to ensure growth and development, fostering a culture of excellence

Profile Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, top-tier management consulting, or a related field
- MBA or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
- Proven track record in strategic planning and management of large scale projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in business operations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, with expertise in presenting complex ideas
- Familiarity with market research and data analysis techniques and visualization
- Collaborative mindset with experience working with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
- Passion for retail and luxury sector
- Global experience required
