Great ideas and creative thinking are the backbone of our agency! As a Social Content Executive you will be responsible for managing our clients' social media pages, crafting engaging native social content, and driving impactful digital strategies for luxury brands in the Middle East. This role requires a perfect blend of organizational & project management skills, and a creative flair with a deep understanding of the current social media landscape, including social trends and key platforms for global and local luxury brands.


- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to achieve clients' objectives.
- Manage and maintain clients' social media profiles, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and proactively respond to inquiries and comments.
- Collaborate closely with our creative and strategy teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all social media platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with client goals and industry trends.
- Remain in regular contact with your Client Partner to understand and meet their needs, coordinating with them to gather feedback, revise content as necessary, and ensure timely approval of scheduled posts.
- Responsible for managing all of the social media channels for our agency, in collaboration with the wider team.


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to ideate and produce engaging visual content.
- Experience in creating and editing short-form social video content using tools like Instagram & Tiktok.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and clients when needed.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- A passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Experience with keynote/ppt & MS Excel.
