At On, the most exciting and fastest-growing global sports brand, we seek an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Technology Services and Operations team. The Salesforce Administrator will manage the services and support responsibilities to run, maintain and evolve the Salesforce platform in collaboration with the internal Salesforce development team. The Salesforce Administrator will manage the day-to-day functioning of the platform and contribute to future developments of the system (i.e., roadmap management). They will focus on the "service/run" portion of Salesforce, plus another custom-built B2B application called 'Backstage', developed to easily collaborate with our dealers and distributors worldwide to help them manage Orders, Returns, Invoicing, etc.

Your Mission

- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including data models, workflows, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce is optimized for business needs.
- Follow best practices and guidelines when using profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure data integrity and maintain Salesforce's security.
- Ensure Salesforce systems meet SOX compliance requirements.
- Oversee data imports, exports, and data cleansing initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain data standards.
- Plan, test, and deploy new releases and updates.
- Analyze the impact of updates on existing processes.
- Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and evaluate how new features can benefit the organization.
- Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
- Provide training and support to end-users, helping them navigate Salesforce effectively.

Your Story

- Bachelor in Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience working and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud and its omni channel and case management features.
- Experience with a wide range of Tech systems (typically SaaS /PaaS ), consulting/supporting its usage, and working in an agile environment with tools like Jira.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce development.
- Exposure working with SFDX, Git, and Unlocked Packages.
- Excellent Client Service skills and positive attitude.
- Creative and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Desired: professional certification such as Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
