Job Details

STINE GOYA is looking for a strategic and dynamic Wholesale Director to lead our Sales Team from our Head Office in Copenhagen and to take the strategic, operational and managerial responsibility for our brand’s further expansion into international markets.

STINE GOYA has experienced an amazing development and growth within the global market and with key retail partners – both online and offline. Our desire is to further advance our international positioning with an intense focus on building healthy and longlasting partnerships as well as new business in changing markets.

Our new Wholesale Director will have relevant experience with managing an international Sales Team (in Copenhagen, London and New York) and Sales Agents, driving and developing international wholesale business with the capacity to work in synergy with our Management Team and wider departments.

This candidate will report to our CEO.

Core responsibilities:

  • Define both short and long-term strategies and plans for the company together with the Management Team and Board of Directors.
  • Executing all plans according to schedule, fulfilling all targets and budgets and providing comprehensive performance reports Inspire, manage and develop the Sales Team and network of Sales Agents, setting clear objectives, KPIs, goals and strong relations
  • Execute focussed and execelent Key Account Management and create organic growth in partnerships with existing accounts
  • Drive international growth with new key accounts and collaborations
  • Secure a robust and up-to-date client database and consistently research new opportunities for growth
  • Manage the department budget, overseeing spend for all activities
  • Be a proactive part in alignment and coordination of commercial initiatives across departments

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Significant international experience working within luxury Sales and contemporary fashion brands
  • Proven relationships with key industry contacts and influencers, particularly in Europe and the US
  • Analytical experience to create an effective strategy, providing meaningful insights and propose Management experience.
  • Guiding team members, providing learning opportunities, giving the necessary support and inspiring both the team and wider company to initiate new ideas and approaches
  • A results oriented mindset and a drive for achieving ambitious targets and goals
  • A self-starter approach, taking initiative and ownership of role and directives
  • High-energy and team player spirit that reflect Stine Goya values and demonstrates strong commitment to our customers and brand
  • Strong communication skills with the significant customer experience and enthusiastic selling personality
  • Fluency in English
