Key responsibilities include:

Reporting to Marketing Manager, you will work closely with wider e-com & marketing team and retail team to drive brand awareness and support the implementation and success of marketing campaigns and plans both online and offline.


Marketing Strategy & Calendar Planning

  • Supporting Marketing Manager on the marketing output across all channels by being a champion of Brand, working with all channel owners to ensure Marketing Strategy & Brand Values are met.
  • Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns and plans.
  • Develop and maintain marketing calendar to support by all channel owners and overseen by Marketing Manager.


Marketing Campaign & Copywriting

  • Copywriting for marketing communication including social media, website, and marketing tools such as newsletters, adverts and events.
  • Ad-hoc copywriting requests from senior management team.
  • Support Marketing Manager to prepare the launch plan deck and ensure all relevant launch information is housed in a single location for the wider team.


Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Support Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy by increasing brand awareness and growth through our digital channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, eCRM).
  • Work with media agencies to monitor and engage with earned and owned social communities across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and affiliate marketing etc.
  • Lead social content strategy & planning to align marketing calendar. Manage Graphic Designer on digital content creation and overseen by Marketing Manager.
  • Championing social listening tools to measure and understand the conversation surrounding our brand.
  • Weekly scheduling of social media posts and tagging products on Instagram.
  • Monitoring and responding to social media comments and enquiries with support from Customer Service team.  Explore and manage influencers / brand talent, collaborations, and activations, building creative  briefs, managing content review and support digital capability and PR.



  • Supporting Marketing Manager to report the successes and challenges of the Marketing Strategy at the end of each FY.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and annual reporting on all channels. Drive in-depth insights from past campaigns (from Google Analytics, Later/Facebook Business Suite and Ometria) and making informed suggestions to improve YOY performance & relevance.
  • Pull Competitor research docs




Skill & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

  • Marketing or PR degree would be beneficial but not essential. 
  • 2-4 years’ experience working in a similar role, preferably within fashion industry.
  • Experience in or a passion for the luxury market and menswear would be advantageous.
  • A proactive individual who works well in a busy environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A positive and pro-active approach to problem solving and good time-management are essential. Organisation skills are key to this role.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team to achieve commercial objectives.
  • A passion for marketing, content, brand, and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in analysis tools and paid media platforms desirable, i.e. GA4, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads manager.
