Primary Purpose: The Senior Web Production Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining Tapestry web content across German sites and supporting on all European sites.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Web Production to:
  • Plan and manage site updates for German homepage, landing pages and content banners in categories, and other site wide content across Coach (5 sites), Kate Spade (8 sites), and Coachtopia (2 sites), taking market nuances into account
  • Management of German content localisation
  • Set up and manage German content related campaigns and a/b tests
  • Support creation and upload content, imagery and non-product copy to all European websites
  • Coordinate onsite execution of marketing campaigns including setting up pages for brand marketing and competitions
  • Act as first point of contact for content issues/errors and escalate website issues to web support team for diagnosis and resolution
  • Upload video content for sites through Akamai
  • Maintain and update policy information including service messages, regularly update evergreen pages including terms & conditions, returns, shipping and other customer care pages
  • Support the Ecommerce team in testing code releases on staging and production sites


The accomplished individual will possess...
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in web production, including content management and site updates
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred
  • Knowledge of Amplience and Figma is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines, multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively highlight and resolve issues
  • Fluent in English, additional European language skills are not required
