We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to join the EMEA Customer Insights team. The Customer Insights team is a critical enabler in customer centric focus and strategic business growth. Reporting into Manager of Customer Insights the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in delivering customer insights and analytics projects to fuel customer knowledge focusing on Clienteling.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Support Clientaling strategy by providing customer insights, reporting and deep dive analysis
* Be the go-to Clientaling insights expert for the Clientaling team and wider business
* Develop and enhance clear understanding of top VIC tiers across all key markets
* Review weekly/monthly/quarterly performance with Clientaling team focusing on key insights
* Manage VIC master lists across all regions/stores and support with distribution and process improvement
* Help develop better understanding of Clientaling data and enhance it with other customer data
* Support Clienteling initiatives with performance analysis, return on investment and client insights
* Help develop client retention and acquisition targets for regions and store teams
* Identify client growth opportunities based on city, country, and market insights
* Support in identifying the right audience segments for activations and campaigns
* Work with Global CIX and CRM agency on building customer models to improve client outreach
* Develop understanding on all Clienteling related tools and data
* Work closely with Clienteling, Data Strategy, Customer Insights, Retail and wider CIX teams

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* 3 full strategic cycles of relevant experience in Customer/Client/VIP Insights within Marketing and CRM
* Understanding of the luxury/retail industry and Customer Goods
* An effective customer insights leader able to create buy-in and influence across many stakeholders
* Ability to communicate actionable insights and turn complex analysis into meaningful recommendations
* Experience presenting to senior teams, supporting, and influencing their decisions
* Great experience in prioritization and managing projects
* Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail
* Highly creative in problem-solving & communication, with rigorous implementation
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and reacting intelligently to unforeseen issues
* Experience with customer databases and working with Data teams on extracting relevant data
* Experience with using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
* Fully Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint
* Basic Understanding of SQL preferred
