Risk and Compliance Manager ¦ Central ¦ Permanent Full time

Supporting the Director of R&CI in managing the transition to and maintenance of the increase in demand for GRC services within the business, with a particular focus on maturing Governance frameworks and Policy management. Developing best practice in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Regulatory & Procedural Compliance. The increased demand is due to GRC services playing a significant role in stakeholder confidence which has evolved at speed with geopolitical uncertainty and regulatory change.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
  • Develop measurement of policy performance including visible embedding across the business and effectiveness
  • Building successful relationships being an ambassador of GRC at all times
  • Manage and report on the policy catalogue, policy review cycles, compliance and publication helping to build maturity in policy effectiveness
  • Assist the continuous improvement of processes that develop maturity
  • Use this committee as subcommittee to drive policy development, review and effectiveness
