About the Role

As an Inventory Specialist within the Configuration and Business Enablement team, you will be a key contributor to the Planning and Inventory Management organization. You will work closely with the Configuration Enablement Lead and/or IM Lead to execute critical activities related to configuration management, size profile validation and harvest execution, Promo and Markdown execution, VMI maintenance, and Size and Pack execution. Your role will be vital in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of enablement processes.

What You'll Do

Execution: Execute configuration enablement tasks, including Size Profile Validation and Harvest execution, Promo and Markdown execution, VMI maintenance, and Size and Pack Execution, in accordance with established guidelines and timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pre-season planning and configuration changes. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Quality Assurance: Assist in maintaining or improving the quality of configurations. Participate in cross-functional conversations to understand current state and opportunities.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements in configuration and business enablement. Provide feedback and suggestions for optimization.
Documentation: Create and Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of configuration-related activities through both written instructions and video tutorials.
Reporting: Generate and validate reports to support business activities. Communicate status to the Configuration Enablement Lead / IM Lead and relevant stakeholders as needed.

Salary Range: $42,900 - $61,600 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
