As a Customer Service Representative at On (we call them Happiness Deliverers!), your number one job is to provide premium customer service and deliver the WOW. You will serve as the initial point of contact for our direct webshop consumers, tasked with managing inquiries through phone, email, and live chat communications.

Your Mission

- Tailor each interaction to build strong relationships with our customers and provide personalized, innovative solutions to resolve every situation by delivering the WOW.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and offer solutions with efficiency and a high level of professionalism through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Effectively use our internal systems to communicate with our customers and your teammates.
- Use expert product knowledge to assess warranty claims and provide tailored advice to our customers.
- Maintain organization and efficiency while prioritizing customer inquiries to address within company targets.
- Contribute to the team's efforts in achieving excellence in customer service by participating in special projects and other duties as needed.

Your Story

- Experience in customer support roles, preferably providing premium customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking the French and English language.
- Ability to quickly learn our internal systems to be able to show a thorough understanding of them.
- Ability to communicate seamlessly with a wide range of people.
- Employ creative and innovative thinking to be able to deliver a premium customer experience.
- Outstanding ability to connect with others, centered on forging strong relationships through attentive listening and insightful questioning.

You will join a small team of Happiness Deliverers working together to support On customers. You will strive to improve our policies and workflows in an effort to streamline processes and procedures for our external partner Happiness Delivery team.
