You have an entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in fashion, culture and current trends. You're agile, resourceful and have the ability to prioritize and anticipate business needs and requests. You have a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational, written, and communication skills, and the ability to work well with partners.

A Day in the Life:

As the Sr. Associate- Retail Client Experience, you will act as a key partner between Field Leaders and Training teams to bring to life clienteling strategies as well as develop new features/enhancements within our clienteling platform.

The typical day is... atypical.

You are entrepreneurial and your ideas will bring to life clienteling strategies across the field including: new selling ceremony, event guidelines, and trunk shows, and other VIP retail activations that align with marketing campaigns.

Partnership and building relationships with the marketing teams, technology teams, field leaders, training teams, and store teams will be the key to the success of this position.

This role will include partnership with the training teams and store teams to create and execute comprehensive training for the stores on new rollouts, cross functional toolkits, store contests, and company-wide meetings as well as driving strategic retail initiatives from idea to implementation.

You will also be a key liaison between the stores and Retail technology teams to ensure seamless execution of system projects across our store technology.

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • 3 year + experience
  • Demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to work across multiple projects and balance competing priorities.
  • Be a demonstrated self-starter who works well within a highly collaborative team to deliver client success.
  • Successfully lead cross-functional projects, ensuring all deadlines are maintained.
  • Craft, present, and execute communication for major projects.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 85,000.00 USD - 100,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
