Position Overview

Embrace our Winning Culture by consistently meeting the business sales objectives through delivering the 5 keys steps of service to Create, Connect, Convert, Confirm, Continue. This is an instrumental role for the day to day running of our Ralph Lauren Home Showroom at Chelsea Harbour, supporting the manager and sales team on all aspects of sales and operations of the showroom. The ideal candidate will be personable, driven, reliable and a team player

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Provides in depth brand and product knowledge as well as showroom operations to support manager and sales team.

* Assists with general administration tasks, maintenance of selling tools and reports.
* Coordinates payments, customer data compliance and sales/transactions.
* Supports tracking and effectively communicates orders updates through to completion.
* Supports organizing last mile deliveries to clients for goods and samples.
* Orders and replenishes samples and memos for showroom and clients.
* Supports sales team with after sales care - Raises issues and actions solutions.
* Maintains database and Trade accounts registration process.
* Assists coordinating seasonal changeovers and showroom installs.
* Assists with special projects and showroom events.
* Contributes to the maintenance of standards on front and back of house in line with RL standards.
* Supervise inventory movement, stock file control, store transfers and stockroom.
* Identifies issues with product or processes, contribute to the improvement of business operations.
* Builds collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
* Exhibit pride through a positive demeanor, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the RL expectations.
* Always adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Highly organized, excellent time management, and follow up through skills.
* Keen interest in interior and design industry
* Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Pro-active and solution driven.
* Customer service mindset
* Fast learner, flexible and adaptable
