Job Description

-         Manage reception switchboard and forward calls internally

-         First point of contact for all reception enquiries externally and internally

-         First point of contact for meeting and greeting JW Anderson guests

-         Support the office team with office maintenance

-         Ensure communal office facilities are presentable at all times

-         Daily supply rounds and monitoring

-         Manage the calendar of meeting rooms and communal areas of the office

-         Receive and distribute incoming mail/deliveries

-         Organise couriers and recorded deliveries and monitor parcel tracking

-         Inventory management and ordering of stationery and office supplies

-         Administrate the office invoicing for department management sign off

-         Mailbox management of reception email accounts

-         Ensuring company address book and office department documents are updated 

-         Support the organisation of social company events

-         Work cross functionally with Office Assistant

-         Daily upkeep of printers and liaison with 3rd party for issue support

-         Support department manager, where necessary, with administrative tasks

-         Support for expense tracking for office and department manager

-         Assisting other admin departments with ad-hoc tasks

-         Offering support to the Operations Director and Operations Coordinator 

-         Responsibility for the maintenance of standards within the office and keeping

           within the aesthetic guidelines

The Ideal Candidate

-         Previous administrative experience within a creative industry

           would be an advantage

-         Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment

-         MAC & PC experience

-         Proficient in MS Office applications

-         Excellent communication skills

-         Able to take initiative

-         Team player

-         Well presented Additional languages a bonus

A recent investment by LVMH Moët Hennessy further cements J.W.Anderson‘s status as a rising, new-generation brand. Following the investment Jonathan Anderson was also appointed Creative Director of Loewe, and works on both brands in tandem.
