Job Description

Luxury e-commerce gardenia floral brand High Camp Supply is seeking a high energy, organized and detail oriented person to assist with streamlining Operations, Managing the San Francisco office and assisting high-end private clientele.

Managing Daily Office Activities - Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • E-commerce Sales and Inventory Management
  • Office inventory management - ordering supplies for the farm and office
  • Shipping orders via FedEx
  • Working with the farm on managing supply, demand and managing inventory
  • Generating sales leads and initiating corporate sales 
  • Point of contact for florists and helping to pitch wholesale accounts
  • Maintaining a database of corporate leads and following up with mailchimp and phone calls
  • Interacting with Press requests and following up
  • Answering customer calls on the High Camp phone & email
  • Replying to HCS Contact form inquiries via email
  • Overall support for high-end clientele
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions
  • Managing Fedex account and shipment follow up when needed

Working with the Team to Assist with Overall Growth of Company and Product Development, Sales, Marketing and Operations

Role reports to the COO and manages the in office team located in San Francisco

*** Candidate must be able to work in the San Francisco Office at least 3 days per week***

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time, Contract to start

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor degree 
  • Background in Merchandising preferred  
  • Experience with inventory management & e-commerce platforms (Magento preferred)
  • Previous experience in a support role as well as leadership role
  • Strong written, phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with, and representing a luxury brand (preferred)
  • Ability to provide high-end customer experience
  • Experience managing a team and running a small office

Language skills

  1. English, Native or bilingual proficiency
