Job Description

Buying Team Administrative Assistant

Permanent - Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Buying Team Administrative Assistant to join the rapidly growing and award-winning Childrensalon team at our Head Office in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

·        Check orders against Supplier confirmations.

·        Check invoices for goods received against packing slips.

·        Request and file product specification information from Suppliers and update relevant systems

·        Assist Merchandisers with organising of samples and prepare samples for product workflow

·        Print Childrensalon barcodes and send to Suppliers.

·        Prepare ad hoc reports.

·        Update and provide product and brand information for other departments

·        Competition shopping ensuring competitive pricing and general awareness

·        Complete any other administration tasks as required.

·        Liaise closely with Buying, Finance and Stock team
