Design compelling digital marketing & brand graphics.
Executing global digital visual strategy and planning across social media and digital channels (e-commerce website ,internal collaboration tools, etc.)
Responsible for the digital content of the development of the brands digital assets as well as the delivery of specifc digital projects, such as the revamp of the website or the roll out of new digital assets (B2B and B2C) andsocial media channels, for example demographic-specifc social networks in coordination with marketing teams.
Responsible for the overall content strategy through existing brand’s social media (Twitter, Instagram, Vimeo,Facebook etc.) and brand website (norseprojects.com & norsestore.com) establishing and ensuring the correct tone of voice and style is applied to all communications (including on-brand high-quality visual content, video and photos)
Ensuring day-to-day supervision on brand’s social media channels.
Working with key functions within the company as well as well as communication partners such as media relations teams as well other PR and marketing teams internal and external to define the content strategy – backing thebrand communications strategy and ensuring its timely delivery.
Driving new and innovative digital communications and engagement activities, with a test/ learn mentality aiming to be “first in industry” to drive deeper connections with target audiences
Leading the integrated planning and delivery of reach, engagement and advocacy campaigns
Producing seasonal point of sale material for the physical retail outlets and wholesale customer stores
Creating strong window displays for our own physical retail outlets, as well as our wholesale clients and shop in shop concessions
Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, and creative assets.
Fulfiil multiple project requests while meeting and prioritizing strict deadlines.
Develop clean and effective graphic templates and style guides.
Ability to communicate strategies and pitch ideas with program stakeholders.
Optimize digital images for responsive design.
The Ideal Candidate
Profcient in: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat. Experience in Premier Pro is a plus. A refned taste level
with expert design and typography skills.
Ability to take direction from senior director and provide multiple solutions.
Experience with still-life photography direction and styling.
Ability to concept design solutions with limited direction.
Ability to prioritize with tight deadlines and follow through.
Ability to think outside the box and awareness of digitaltrends.
