The in-house CK Agency is a full service integrated creative agency, responsible for the activation of strategically led creative concepts, editorial content and innovative digital solutions to support marketing and communications for PVH brands across Europe and International markets.  

As creative guardians, we’re responsible for elevating and reflecting core brand values across every touch-point, adopting and maintaining an Omni-channel approach to everything we do.  

Digital marketing and e-commerce are an integral part of our daily work; this includes online retail, editorial-style content, brand experiences, media and advertising, email marketing, CRM and third party e-commerce, along with bringing immersive, digital experiences to life in ‘brick and mortar’ retail and showroom environments, embracing pioneering and innovative initiatives.

Position Description:

As a member of the Agency team, the Studio Designer is responsible for maintaining and adapting the seasonal look through all assigned projects, contributing to a cohesive visual message across all communications.  

Based on concepts or visual direction, you’ll be working independently on retail marketing concepts/projects and support the creative team to develop, execute and deliver online and offline content including E-commerce, PR & Marketing programs, Social media channels, In-store and Advertising. You’ll also contribute in the development of creative ideas and be involved with brainstorms.  

Ensuring a cohesive visual message across all communications, you’ll be supporting the development and execution of seasonal templates, archiving and maintaining the asset library, and have responsibility for creating adaptations to ensure consistency in visual standards across all versions.  

You’ll be reviewing your work with the Senior Creative and manage feedback also with the Creative Producer’s team. Therefore, your versatility and flexibility will allow you to manage work through a complex approval process.  

Quality is key. You’re responsible for checking the accuracy of your work, and partnering with external agencies and production companies to make sure all assets and deliverables meet technical specifications and requirements. You’ll also be fundamental in contributing to the development of ‘best practice’ processes for our Agency team.  

You’ll have a passion for retail, online and emerging technologies. It’s expected you’ll be researching competitors, keeping up-to-date with innovations and current trends and have a good understanding of a 360 approach to Marketing. Most of all, you’ll enjoy sharing your knowledge with the team.  

Fitting within a wider, integrated creative team, the role relies on a confident, energetic and experienced Studio Designer, with the capability to collaborate with others. A can-do mentality is key. 

The Ideal Candidate

Desired Skills and Job Requirements:

We need the best quality work on time and on budget. You think in solutions, not in problems. You have a detailed eye with exceptional typography skills and creative flair to proactively offer innovative (but workable) design solutions. You’ll combine your creativity with technical competency, accuracy and a faultless attention to detail. 

You’re expected to work responsibly, be capable of juggling priorities achieve a balance of creativity and quality, whilst respecting timings and budgets.  

An articulate understanding of fundamentals such as typography, interactive design, functionality and usability and how to improve work on both an aesthetic and functional level are fundamental.  

We expect the best quality work, delivered on time and on budget, with an eye for detail, exceptional typography skills and creative flair, to proactively offer innovative (but workable) interactive design solutions. You’ll combine your creativity with technical competency, accuracy and a faultless attention to detail.  

Along with a relevant degree (or equivalent qualification), you’ll already be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite and keen to learn new programs and systems too.

You’ll also need solid experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic, creative or

E-commerce studio, preferably working on fashion clients
