Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join the Visual Merchandising Team based at the Head Office in London. This role reports directly into the Visual Merchandising Project Manager, Global. As the Visual Merchandising Coordinator you will ensure that VM is used as a branding tool but also as a tool to achieve the commercial goals and support the business objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate orders of all props for the regions; liaise with vendors, placing orders and taking care of the payment process specific to every region
  • Coordinate production of all window props and interior props; placing order, insure timely delivery to all regions and taking care of the payment process specific to all regions
  • Support the Director of Visual Merchandising with administration: expense reports, travel, and budget management
  • Continually update and communicate the Window and in store visual calendar to all channels
  • Continually update the VM Props manual; issue to regions and franchises on a semi-annual basis to refresh props
  • Update Visual Merchandising manual in coordination with the Director of Visual Merchandising, Global and Visual Merchandising Project Manager, Global
  • Assist the Director of Visual Merchandising, Global and Visual Merchandising Project Manager, Global when new Planograms are being created, new window scheme installations, Press day/Showroom preparation and set ups, & Ad hoc projects
  • Assist the regional visual merchandisers with any logistic or admin matters

The Ideal Candidate

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and administration
  • Proficiency using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • University education
  • European languages beneficial but not imperative
  • Experience working in administration in a design related capacity
  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign would be ideal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
