Job Description

Primary Purpose: The Sr. Manager, Global Visual Training will lead the development and coordination of field visual merchandising training, with a focus on optimizing visual teams to coach and guide stores to deliver compelling visual floorsets and store environments. The Sr. Manger is responsible for building tools and providing resources to support field visual managers and in-store visual associates to execute seasonal visual merchandising strategies and initiatives.You will be a part of a dynamic, creative environment where you will interact with cross-functional partners to ensure that Coach’s visual standards are continuously elevated.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to…

  • Create and roll-out annual training programs focused on key business initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to strength technical and behavior skills for VM teams globally
  • Partner with business unit VM leaders to understand market needs and solicit feedback
  • Use various methods to assess individual, team and organizational needs to inform recommendations and solutions
  • Liaise with internal partners (store training/customer experience and HR) and external vendors to develop and deliver people manager training to establish strong VM leaders in the field
  • Leverage experience and best practices to design scalable programs, resources, and tools
  • Measure the impact of initiatives in delivering value for the business

  • Demonstrated success in facilitation and training on a global scale
  • Experience designing and developing content
  • Strong digital & communication skill set
  • Global experience, highly preferred
