Job Description

Use creative expertise to help lead the creation development of all seasonal campaigns for assigned brands through the Agency. Influence and oversee Junior members of Polo Brand Studio team to develop quality 360 concepts and assets that interpret client's vision and are true to the Ralph Lauren brand. Embody corporate business goals in every day work: drive new growth, increase productivity and work in new ways.

Develop creative ideas that reflect current or growing trends to drive traffic as well as grow an audience by offering unique, brand-appropriate content. Concept 360 degree, multi-channel programs to help support marketing initiatives for Polo brands.

Translate the Ralph Lauren philosophy into unique digital experiences that drive customer acquisition, retention, value, and revenue. Elevate the design aesthetic of deliverables while ensuring brand integrity. Help create the overarching Polo brand messaging for all channels. Impart the Polo Ralph Lauren sensibility into all creative output, by developing a deep understanding of the Polo look and feel and being able to translate this to all platforms. Influence and guide art direction, social and editorial creative teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all communications platforms. Take on ownership in the development of campaign asset production for all print, social, brand videos and product knowledge with a digital-first mindset, partnering closely with the web brand studio in the production of all RL.com, Wholesale.com, promotional ads and e-mail assets Influencing stakeholders in preparing and executing photo shoots - recommend photographers and video directors/film partners and promote respectful environment on set Work closely with Styling team product assortments and preparing looks, on photo sets and in post-production Inspire and facilitate the execution of 360 assets on time and on budget through closer partnership with Agency teams in Brand Studios, LIC/NC66 Studios, Post Production, Photo Shoot production & Video Work with team/editors on execution of brand videos for in-store and digital use as well as involvement in digital executions of brand content across all digital platforms including social media Stay close to competitive brand creative, share and utilize best practice examples Manage, motivate, and support direct reports in development, exposure and education

The Ideal Candidate

  • BA in Graphic or Interactive Design or equivalent

  • Senior, seasoned professional with 5+ years in a best in class in house or independent, digital creative Agency

  • Embody corporate culture goals in every day work: One team focused on the consumer, empowerment with personal accountability, straight talk, focusing on what matters most, moving with urgency

  • Solid experience in digital driven businesses, with a high level of proprietary digital creative output

  • Expert understanding of customer experience methodology, marketing, advertising and e-commerce

  • Familiarity with new digital enabling technologies

  • High level of conceptual thinking - strategic thinker as well as doer

  • Influencing ability to promote creative solutions and new ideas

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High emotional intelligence and relationship building skills to influence concept development and experience design through creative teams while working collaboratively with other functions in the company

  • A natural curiosity and self-learning approach to keep up with the rapid changes in digital and internet technologies is critical to ensure the teams continue to create innovative and differentiated experiences

  • Exceptional people management and leadership skills

  • Appreciation and/or understanding of Ralph Lauren sensibility

  • Creative, insightful and interested in fashion, art and innovation
