Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team on the recently-launched Polo App, creating content, campaigns, and experiences that bring the Polo brand and its products to life in innovative and exciting ways—on the app and across other channels, including social media, RalphLauren.com, and in physical retail spaces.

  • Concept and execute innovative content and campaigns that blend storytelling and commerce.

  • Lead, develop, and execute smart, unexpected creative solutions in keeping with the design aesthetic of the Polo brand.

  • Spearhead asset creation for the app and aforementioned channels, including: creating and presenting concept decks, identifying outside talent to partner with (photographers, videographers, artists, graphic designers, models, writers), and art directing shoots, both on figure and still life/laydown.

  • Present original ideas while understanding and respecting the heritage of the brand.

  • Collaborate with senior creatives, marketing brand leads, and design/merchandising teams.

  • Develop 360 shoot strategies and strategy boards for presentation to sr. leadership and key brand stakeholders as needed.

  • Collaborate with design/styling teams on photo sets, as well as in pre-pro and post production.

  • Oversee multiple projects adhering to creative briefs, timelines and budgets.

  • Oversee image curation and visual storytelling, typography, layout, form and color .

  • Partner closely with graphic designer to execute concepts.

  • Deliver assets in the correct format and on time.

  • Mentor and manage direct reports.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5-7+ years of relevant brand/agency experience (ideally both)

  • Diverse, rich, and exciting portfolio of relevant work

  • Must be an idea machine with a bias toward action and passion for innovation.

  • Strong understanding of how to reach and wow consumers today, across a variety of digital and physical channels.

  • Demonstrable passion for and understanding of contemporary luxury and fashion, its key players, and the overall landscape from products to advertising and content creation.

  • Expert-level facility with all relevant creative software, including Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, video editing software, and presentation formats such as keynote.

  • BA in or advanced degree in a relevant course of study.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
