In a context of relaunching the House of JEAN PATOU, recently acquired by Luxury group LVMH, the brand is looking for a digital communication officer. As part of the Omnichannel / Marketing department, you will be developing and implementing innovative communication strategies and programs that deliver a disruptive brand experience throughout several communication channels such as social platforms, the brand website, online display.
In a context of launching the JEAN PATOU online platform, your responsibilities and key activities:
Manage all global / local social networks
-Own the content calendars for the social channels, working alongside the Marketing Manager to ensure key launches and marketing priorities are supported and wider business objectives are met -Work with retail partners on social media strategies to drive joint partnership, securing launch and always on visibility -Asset management across local and global content, ensuring optimal mix to drive relevancy and engagement and brand equity -Collaborate with the internal content team to ensure the content produced meets both the global briefs and the needs of our local audience -Utilize past results learnings and insights to shape the content strategy
Animate the brand platform and run media planning
-Curate all brand content on the brand website and upload through dedicated CMS -Propose content evolutions to increase the time spent on the website -Within a limited budget and in strong relationship with the PR team, run image driven advertising campaigns, online and offline, with selected media partners
Listening and reporting
-Create new social reporting templates (weekly, monthly, ad hoc) ensuring that we monitor the performance of social media channels -Stay on the top of and proactively share upcoming trends in social media and content marketing, and contribute to the platform’s strategy evolution -Embrace a test and learn attitude to innovation, working reactively based on results and embracing change when necessary
The Ideal Candidate
2 years’ experience in digital communication for a luxury or FMCG brand or an online retailer
Bachelor or Master degree school.
Fluent English and French.
Full knowledge of the digital communication ecosystem.
Leadership, dynamism, perfectionism and rigor.
