Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Digital Strategist & Content Creator who can communicate the brand mission, core values, story-telling, and social commitment of our brand.

You will need an excellent understanding of online consumer behaviour and content consumption across websites, social media, email and hold strong working knowledge and experience with various social media marketing technologies.

We are looking for:

Energetic and enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about digital

Have excellent community management experience in fashion and or lifestyle

Experienced in Photoshop and visual design assets

Experienced in creating social media strategies to ensure growing and engaging a compelling fanbase

Working closely with the Creative Team to develop and produce exciting content

Real-time reporting at events executed in fun, original delivery

The Ideal Candidate

Day-to-day social media management of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Google+ and new social media channels and managing and producing mailing list content and growth

Write creative and compelling posts and passionate about digital and create and manage all digital content: short films, music videos, e-magazine, and print materials

Flawless execution, protecting and enhancing the brand’s visual identity with total cohesive aesthetic consistency across all digital content channels 

Bring the brand to life through story telling of our experiential events and build meaningful connections with the consumer

Own and develop the social content calendar and work with key stakeholders and external partners to plan, curate and create fresh and fun content in real time update to sustain community growth, and high fan engagement and create weekly and monthly reports

Identify, cultivate and manage high-level relationships with bloggers, super-fans, industry/sector experts and influencers 

Analyse and report (weekly/monthly/adhoc) on the performance of social marketing programs, reviewing results by tactic to proactively recognise and optimise interactions with audience
