Job Description

This role will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver projects and enhancements that will improve business processes and systems, enabling Browns to continue to grow globally. This role will suit a technically aware individual that is commercially savvy and creative when thinking about problems and how to solve them. You will need to be good at analysing data to validate problems and verify the proposals to solve them. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand and appreciate the KPIs for each business area and the factors that influence their success
  • Understand the existing processes, systems and architecture that makes up the Browns ecosystem and the opportunities that exist to enhance it further
  • Be a pragmatic, technically and commercially aware point of contact between the business and technology
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with relevant parties
  • Create solution ideas for discussions
  • Support with the creation of test scripts and execution plans
  • Define and deploy new business processes and organisational changes
  • Management of projects from inception to deployment
  • Liaise with data security, legal and compliance stakeholders to design and deliver secure, compliant solutions
  • Ensure that the key benefits of any change are identified, and that resources are focused on these rather than nice-to-haves
  • Build strong relationships with all internal and external partners and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the Browns visions
  • Work with other members of the Technology and Product Team to understand other key projects, products and product enhancements being delivered and the impact of each other’s focus areas
  • Stay informed of industry news, developments and innovation that we could utilise or could impacts our suite of projects or products
  • Be passionate about making Browns the coolest multichannel boutique in the world

The Ideal Candidate

  •  Experience with CRM solutions and systems
  • Experienced in new system integrations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Business process modellingRequirements gathering
  • Project management disciplines (planning, stakeholder comms, time/costs/scope management)
  • Comfortable liaising at all levels within the business
  • Should have experience in running workshops
  • Customer and end-user experience focused
  • Experience building world-class retail solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Working in a fast-paced, high growth environmentA team player with self-confidence, assertiveness and personal motivation
