Job Description

 This role will work closely with various business stakeholders and third parties to implement and roll-out a new CRM solution aimed to improve customer experience, enhance business processes and enable Browns to continue to grow globally. This role will suit a technically aware individual that has experience working on CRM solutions, has commercial intelligence and strong operational knowledge. The Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the project scope is clearly defined, the CRM team’s requirements are clearly understood by the third parties, and the project is delivered efficiently in a compliant manner 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand and appreciate the goals of the CRM department and the factors that will determine their success
  • Understand the existing challenges, restraints and objectives the new system will aim to unblock
  • Understand the existing processes, systems and architecture that makes up the Browns CRM ecosystem and the opportunities that exist to enhance it further
  • Be a pragmatic, technically and commercially aware point of contact between the business, third parties and developers
  • Project management of the CRM system from inception to deployment
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with relevant parties
  • Clearly document all business requirements (both functional and non-functional) for use by third parties to build and deliver the solution
  • Create and/or review technical specifications and solution design documents
  • Liaise with data security, legal and compliance stakeholders to design and deliver a secure, compliant solution
  • Support with the creation of test scripts and execution plans
  • Define and deploy new business processes and organisational changes
  • Build strong relationships with all internal and external partners and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the Browns vision
  • Work with other members of the Technology and Product Team to understand other key projects, products and product enhancements being delivered and the impact of each other’s focus areas
  • Stay informed of industry news, developments and innovation that we could utilise or could impacts our suite of projects or products
  • Be passionate about making Browns the coolest multichannel boutique in the world

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with CRM solutions and systems
  • Experienced in new system integrations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Business process modelling
  • Requirements gathering
  • Project management disciplines (planning, stakeholder comms, time/costs/scope management)
  • Comfortable liaising at all levels within the business
  • Should have experience in running workshops
  • Customer and end-user experience focused
  • Experience building world-class retail solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • A team player with self-confidence, assertiveness and personal motivation
