Job Description

E-Commerce Assistant

 This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast growing luxury handbag brand. The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day website activities, online trading and stock monitoring. The role also expands to digital marketing channels in support of the E-Commerce manager which the candidate will report to. 

Website Management/Online Trading – 60%

-      Manage products in the website back-office: product creation, updates, prices, categories’ monitoring

-      Manage daily visual merchandising on all product listing pages: based on stock and best sellers

-      Stock monitoring and warehouse liaison: making sure stock is reflected on the website and looking after pre orders

-      Content: bimonthly or weekly homepage update, lookbooks, diary and blog posts, ad hoc pages

-      Manage promotions: creation, test, reports

-      Manage the relationship with development agency: TMA (bug reporting), roadmap delivery, budget monitoring

-      Support the E-commerce manager with monthly reports

-      Benchmark competitors and highlight best practices 

E-Commerce photoshoots coordination – 10%

-      Coordinate logistics: order products from the warehouse and liaise with the shooting agency

-      Create detailed briefs: product skus, number of images, views, resolution etc.

-      Coordinate with in-house graphic designers 

Digital Marketing Support – 30%

-      CRM: broadcast newsletter creation, email automation and overlays monitoring, reporting

-      Affiliate marketing: look after the affiliate program, publishers and commissions, brief in-house designers, platform update and monitoring

-      Support paid social and paid search activities when needed 

What you will learn:

-      How to manage a website daily to generate traffic, enhance conversion and customer experience

-      How to work with multiple stakeholders and agencies

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate

·     BA or Master graduate with a previous experience ideally in E-commerce or Digital Marketing

·     Good analytical skills and creative problem solver

·     Understanding of the digital ecosystem

·     Great attention to details

·     Strong team player and positive can-do attitude
