Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join as CRM Executive. This person will be a CRM Campaign Specialist and responsible for increasing customer retention across all retail channels at Dover Street Market.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Giving support to plan the campaign calendar and build and execute end-to-end global CRM marketing campaigns, according to campaign objectives and across appropriate channels and targets
  • Executing targeted retention campaigns across the customer's lifecycle
  • Leading the coordination of the global CRM campaign calendar including clienteling, online and offline campaigns
  • Giving support on the integration of new features on the existing marketing tool and make recommendations for the continuous improvement of campaign performances
  • Supporting in creating detailed campaign segmentations making full use of customer data to enhance campaigns
  • Working closely with the digital team to support their trade and deliver campaigns on an efficient timely manner
  • Ensuring deadlines are met, aligning all departments with the key activities and deadlines
  • Ensuring campaign analysis reports are delivered on time and passed over to relevant teams

The Ideal Candidate


  • 2 years’ experience within an equivalent role preferable
  • Knowledgeable of CRM implementation
  • Previous experience with either CRM Marketing Tools essential
  • Experience of using Google Analytics or other Web Analytics Tools


  • A highly motivated and competent individual able to converse with all levels both internally and externally
  • A total self-starter able to set the standard by their own professionalism and attitude
  • Must be energetic, self-motivated and self-organised. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done
  • Structured and organised, but nonetheless approachable and flexible outlook

  • Able to work and understand both detailed work and the broader picture
  • Capable to work to deadlines / ability to prioritise / optimal time management
