Job Description

Reporting to the Brand Director and Finance Director the E-commerce Manager is responsible for the online strategy - including the digital marketing - for Olivia von Halle .com, ensuring the brand is represented to a high standard across the board. 

Commercial Planning/ Site Management:

  • Work closely with the CEO and Brand Director to ensure all updates to .com are delivered and executed to a high standard
  • Plan category updates and seasonal sales categories (i.e Christmas Gift Guides)
  • Manage and execute seasonal product uploads and launches for .com and on occasion, marketplaces ( e.g secoo )

Strategic & Planning/Management:

  • Develop E-commerce strategies that are budgeted for and delivered with full awareness of market and business trends, opportunities and threats
  • Liaise with the Financial director to meet E-commerce sales predictions
  • Work with the Head of Marketing and Brand Director to create compelling brand content for the Stories section of .com to help the customer from landing to conversion.  

Development Planning/ Delivery: 

  • Set site development priorities and requirements, confirm estimations with the CEO and Financial director and then manage developers to these timelines
  • Oversee and project manage any onsite integration 

Ecommerce Maintenance:

  • Ensure the site is merchandised to a high standard 
  • Monitor user experience on site
  • Optimization for SEO
  • Everyday maintenance of the website

Trading and Reporting:

  • Undertake periodic data and campaign analysis 
  • Weekly sales reporting and trade notes
  • Digital marketing reporting
  • Regular competitor analysis to fully understand and exploit all sales opportunities 
  • Provide marketing and brand with data to aid them in content creation

Account Management:

  • Day-to-day management of all (any) digital agencies ensuring that priorities are clear, and budgets are maintained. 

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns including PPC campaigns, SEO and Paid Social
  • Work to create effective digital strategies
  • Work closely with the Brand Director on content and working with the CEO, Brand Director and Head of Marketing on Paid Social to ensure the campaigns meet brand requirements and match other marketing activities
  • Work closely with Head of Marketing on email marketing strategy

Management: 

  • Manage the development agency and online timeline
  • Priorities mentor and delegate to the Marketing Assistant alongside the Brand Director and Head of Marketing
  • Manage any third-party agencies used for campaigns.

  • Shopify plus experience advantageous

  • Passionate about fashion and the e-commerce industry
