Job Description

This role is a key hire for the trading team. Crucial in identifying areas of opportunity for growth and efficiency. Strong cross functional relationships are imperative for this role to ensure we are leveraging all sources of insights effectively. Management of the trading roadmap to ensure the team can deliver vs plan without resource impacts. Adopting a partnership/collaboration approach vs a dictating a plan is imperative.

Support manager in key initiatives.

Devise and maintain seasonal critical paths. Partner with assistants within trading to collaborate on cross functional tasks.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1.5 years of experience working in an eCommerce environment

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business experience

  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

  • The ability to analyze data and create a working theory from data sets

  • Strong collaboration skills

  • Competitive Intelligence on other Platform

  • Some knowledge on analytics a plus

  • Thinks creatively.

  • Time management.

  • Effective written and oral communications skills, with particular sensitivity to global communication needs.
