Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen for an all-round ecommerce professional to lead this fast-grown channel and support the migration project of the brand from Magento 1 to Magento 2. Reporting to CEO, the ideal Ecommerce Operations Manager will have experience of working on digital/e-commerce projects and in website migration, a clear A/B testing experience, together with experience with Magento 2 and testing environments. 


  • Key partner for cross-functional teams including customer service, warehouse operations, logistics, loss prevention, retail operations and ecommerce IT, working together to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Supporting projects with UAT where required, ensuring accuracy and that all timelines are met
  • Managing project launch activities and plans, ensuring that business teams are aligned, and communication is clear and effective
  • Managing and optimizing new features post-launch
  • Using insights and analysis to investigate any potential issues throughout the end-to-end customer journey, and suggesting opportunities for improvement - with focus on checkout and payments
  • Building and distributing ecommerce operations reports, summarizing and providing analysis and insight into trends
  • Managing the operational roll-out of new features and omni-channel projects, ensuring all business teams are up-to-date and communication is clear and concise
  • Managing the development agency as a main point of contact, making sure deadlines are met
  • Improving & coordinating B2C and B2B catalogues and sales performance, tracking service providers operation and developing a more efficient process in a timely manner 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in replatforming websites, from Magento1 to Magento2 mandatory
  • B2B and B2C ecommerce experience
  • Magento Migrations
  • HTML, CSS, CMS, Google Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager, PPC, SEO, CMS
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) UX experience knowledge a plus (A/B testing from web pages and checking-out cart to email campaigns)
  • Constant awareness of overall online performance & KPIs
  • Efficient with spreadsheets, manipulating data and reviewing results
  • Previous retail/wholesale experience in the luxury sector
