Job Description

o Execute the day-to-day business activities of all Ecommerce operations, including:

o Handling digital and technical vendor relations

o Managing catalogue creation and merchandising in Content Management System

o Providing occasional customer service supervision/support to Customer Service lead

o Liasing with the warehouse to ensure that all receipts, shipments and returns are processed in a timely manner

o Partner with marketing team on executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, including:

o Implementing SEO/SEM best practices to drive new visitors to site

o Managing paid search campaigns to meet or exceed ROI targets

o Managing display and re-targeting campaigns

o Planning, executing and optimizing e-mail marketing campaigns

o Managing affiliate programs

o Oversee coordination and delivery of all e-commerce assets, including product copy, photography and production specs; partner with Brand team to plan and coordinate all e-commerce photo shoots

o Develop and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs

o Identify, suggest and execute enhancements to improve overall site conversion and experience by:

o Regularly monitoring site analytics to understand customer behavior

o Regularly assessing competitor sites and customer requests/feedback

o Support E-commerce Director in identifying and executing other initiatives to drive sales (e.g. private sales, promotions, collaborations, etc.)

o Support E-Commerce Director in executing digital platform launches (redesigns, re-platform, mobile, etc.)

The Ideal Candidate

o Must have minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital/Ecommerce function within Retail industry

o Strong understanding of digital landscape (online merchandising, digital marketing and web development)

o Strong Project and Time Management Skills

o Strong analytical skills to generate innovative insights from analysis, and communicate results effectively

o Knowledge of at least one ecommerce platform, and experience in working with digital agencies and vendors

o Experience in Website Analytics (GA)

o Strong skills in MS Office particularly Excel (Word, PowerPoint inclusive)

o Strong team spirit with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

o Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes, and thrives in fast-paced environment
