Job Description

To head our Social Media Team, by defining and implementation of the social media strategy of the maison-de-mode.com brand, in line with the overall objectives of the brand we are currently searching for a experienced Social Media Manager based in our office in New York.

Your responsibilities

•As part of the team develop a social media strategy taking into account the role of each channel and focused on reach to increase brand awareness and brand engagement

•Evangelizes the role of social media for brand and business growth, and translate into real-world practices and applications across all social media platforms – also those that are specific to a certain market (e.g. Asia)

•Oversee social media content strategy and production in close collaboration with the creative teams

•Liaise closely with internal teams of brand collaborations 

•Continue to innovate, test and learn based on the ever-changing social landscape

•Identify and manage social media agencies in Asia

•Responsible for the social monitoring collaborate with PR team to develop influencer programs and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the brand.

The Ideal Candidate

Your qualifications:

•Bachelor degree or equivalent (MBA preferred)

•Several years of work experience, preferred in a company in a luxury brand environment

•Expert in all established social media channels and understanding of up-coming channels

•Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns

•Strong communication skills and the ability to establish credibility and trust within an organization and with partners

•Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

•Strong understanding of the leading luxury markets

•Enthusiastic, innovative and creative

•Result-oriented, operational, strong organizational skills

•Fluent in written and spoken English
