Job Description

The Coordinator, eCommerce will support the eCommerce content team ensure accountability on all product photoshoots while helping with various business functions when necessary.  The role requires high attention to detail and collaboration between many cross-functional teams.


  • Work with cross-functional partners to organize product photoshoots logics and scoping
  • Manage photography calendar, pre and post work for all photoshoots inclusive of sample coordination and support in budget tracking
  • Traffic digital creative assets between departments and gather feedback for revisions and approval
  • Gather images, copy, video, tech specs from various departments for optimization and go live
  • Support setup of product and management of catalog/category development in Product Information Tool
  • Daily QA website and AB tests on all browsers and devices for linking and usability

The Ideal Candidate


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce
  • 1-2 years of experience coordinating logistics for photoshoots
  • Retail Industry and corporate culture experience preferred
  • Some understanding of E-commerce business processes
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Solid written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Adobe experience is a plus
  • Position will require regular/weekly travel between the NYC corporate office and the creative photography studio in Bushwick, Brooklyn (at times, up to a 50/50 balance)
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects with adherence to deadlines
  • Must be highly organized, able to work independently as well as on group projects and self-motivated
  • Must have the ability to manage up and across proactively with positive results
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, premium fashion environment
  • Desire to innovate quickly as part of a nimble, entrepreneurial team within an iconic, established American brand
