JOB PURPOSE
  • This position is to support local FP&A team to deliver Global Finance Transformation Projects
  • Support General Ledger Projects, Management Report Projects, Ad Hoc work, and K-SOX
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review / analyze current ‘General Ledger’ and ‘Management Grouping’
  • Reconcile actual SAP posting with new GL structure guideline
  • Reconcile current Management grouping with new grouping guideline
  • New group reports production(refresh) and reconciliation with database (SAP, Management Reporting system)
  • Other Finance transformation projects support (if added later)
  • Support regular tasks (if needed)
  • Update the Internal Accounting Control Regulations
PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, comfortable with advanced excel functionality
  • Above 3 years of accounting experience
  • Ability to work in fast paced, global organization
  • Ability to communicate verbal/written in English
