Job Description



The Digital Learning Content Specialist will own the project management of the development of internal external digital courses and will build/maintain digital courses inventory and assets.
He/she will support the design of Gucci digital learning contents with a special focus on creativity and innovation

Key Accountabilities

Digital Learning production, monitoring and measurement

  • Lead the plan and project manage of the development of training modules with responsibilities on adherence on quality, timing and costs, including localization of the courses and managing the “go to learner” plan (training development calendar)
  • Rapid Development of high priority digital learning content
  • Identify external vendor of digital learning content and lead / coordinate the external production
  • Monitor and report the impacts on business and on user satisfaction of digital courses
  • Ensure that digital learning courses development standards are adopted and deployed

Digital learning content innovation

  • Lead innovation of digital learning content with a continuous scouting, prototyping and pilot of effective solutions for Product storytelling and Client Service / Experience, with the objective to create and maintain a leading-edge and effective digital learning design
  • Define and maintain a set of digital educational approaches for different learning purposes and key metrics to measure impact and effectiveness
  • Define the profile (personas) of “digital learner” in retail Gucci and the key engagement and communication mechanism
  • Define digital learning content development standards for Gucci Retail
  • Align and Contribute to the creation of the full learning Retail ecosystem

Requirements:

  • 2 / 3 years in innovative Digital Learning content production
  • Previous experience in Digital Learning systems, training departments and knowledge of adult learning techniques
  • Project management and good analytics approach
  • Proven experience of presentation and people development
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is appreciated.
  • International experience and Strong cultural sensitivity
