Job Description

Role Mission
The position is responsible for different processes and activities in the HR Operations & Supply Chain Team, with focus on Leather Goods factories. The job reports directly to the HR Operations & Supply Chain Director.
Key Accountabilities
- Support HR Plant with any queries or requirements (asking appropriate solutions to the HR Team)
- Support in compiling information and statistics on the economic proposals of both labor and management
- Ensure adherence to established policies and practices
- Support HR Specialist in budget personnel activities (data collection and maintenance)
- Work on special projects

The Ideal Candidate

Job Requirements
- Master's Degree and/or MBA in Human Resources Management
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in HR management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent working knowledge of labour law
- Good in English
- Availability to travel
- Passion for Human Resources and the improvement of procedures
- Team player and relationship builder
- People-oriented with a pro-active and determined attitude
- Strong Work Ethic and Integrity
