 About the role: 

As our business continues to grow, our Talent Team needs to do the same. In this role you will support us in our mission to deliver a world class recruitment offering so that we can continue to hire the best of the best.  

You’ll have exposure cross-functionally, supporting the Talent Acquisition Executives on their pipelining and Talent Pooling. You’ll lead on competitor market mapping, candidate resourcing, market intelligence, candidate mapping, working across our amazing teams on a variety of roles. By using a combination of sourcing channels including social media, job boards, headhunting, and career events, you’ll be able to engage with and attract the necessary quality and quantity of exceptional talent required for our growing business.

The Ideal Candidate

What you’ll do and who you are: 

We’re looking for someone with either in-house, agency or search experience with solid experience managing the sourcing, researching or candidate experience cycle of the recruitment process. You’ll be curious by nature, eager to scope out the passive candidate market and creative in the way in which you approach this. You’ll be a strong communicator, engaging with potential talent at all levels, a true brand ambassador for Farfetch! 

As a Senior Researcher you’ll lead the way on our approach to market, on creating KPIs and SLAs for the rest of the team to work towards. You’ll be comfortable working quickly to tight deadlines in a world that can be very busy and demanding, so adaptability is essential for this role.

Ideally you’d be someone happy to work with minimal guidance to get things done and thrive with implementing new and exciting initiatives. You should be confident when communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and maintain a solution focused approach when under pressure.  In order to do this, you will ideally have experience with candidate/competitor mapping, providing market intelligence, research, candidate resourcing, be highly organised and structured. 

We need someone who is a proactive trouble-shooter, who has high resilience to a fast moving environment and brimming with new ideas that will add to our already ‘be brilliant’ approach to sourcing top talent. You will be a super organised ‘doer’ and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
