Job Description

Note: Position currently based in Midtown Manhattan, but will move to our new Nutley NJ Campus late 2019.

Provide flawless Ralph Lauren Employment brand experience to candidates and internal clients. Provide administrative and organizational support to the Talent Acquisition team. Facilitate search, hiring, and candidate management process through utilization of Scout (ATS) System and other technologies.
  • Outlook calendar management, including scheduling interviews and meetings.

  • Ensure a positive Ralph Lauren Brand experience for all candidates.

  • Maintenance of department trackers and other reporting tools.

  • Collaborate across Talent Acquisition and People and Development teams to support process improvements and share best practices.

  • Cultivate relationships with internal clients to support timely candidate screening and hiring process.

  • Utilize ATS/CRM tool to update and disposition candidate status and to create and maintain pipeline of talent to effectively identify emerging talent.

  • Proactive candidate sourcing through Linkedin Recruiter, cold-calling, networking and other resources.

  • Conduct selected phone screens and reference checks.

  • Provide recruitment metrics to team on Weekly and Monthly Basis (i.e. Time to fill/ Internal Mobility)

  • Demonstrate and apply knowledge of current fashion/ retail industry information and competitive landscape.

  • Support various ad hoc projects for People & Development Team

The Ideal Candidate

  • 4 year college degree required.

  • 2 years of experience in a related function or field preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency with CRM system such as Avature.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work proactively and independently.

  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and input in a timely manner.

  • Professional demeanor that exhibits exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy.

  • Strong sense of urgency.

  • Ability to form business relationships to foster team work.

  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a high pressure environment.
