Job Description

Position Summary

Reporting into the SVP Supply Chain Management, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating of Supply Chain project initiatives.

  • Owns the planning, execution and controlling of multiple strategic Supply Chain projects with strong analytical focus
  • Drives the problem solving process: frames problems, guides analytical modeling, and through analysis provides insights into solutions
  • Act as a coach for senior leaders and stakeholders in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor
  • Acts as a contact person to the entire organization for project related tasks and various issues
  • Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity and willingness to embark on potential longer term international assignments
  • Facilitates meetings and workshops with all the levels of the organization
  • Effectively manages the change driven by the project and is capable of steering the business in a new direction
  • Grow team members, and help them develop their skill set and their careers

The Ideal Candidate

Position Requirements

  • University/Engineering degree with 7-10 years of experience in project management, change management and project planning, preferably in an equivalent position in fashion, and/or retail environment
  • Strong project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem solving skills – demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Strong interest in Supply Chain and innovations within Supply Chain (eg. supply planning, process improvement)
  • Ability to deal with new and wide variety of topics
  • Hands-on, result oriented and structured
  • Ambitious, highly motivated and able to perform in a pressured work environment
  • Strong team player with excellent social skills
  • High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Excellent English language skills and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
  • Passion for the fashion industry
