-To organize VJ CRM activities in order to maximize VJ business, Valentino/RED Valentino/ Outlet in accordance with local CRM strategies and in cooperation with corporate CRM strategies.
-To represent VJ CRM activities within expected corporate CRM developments.
- Marketing analyses and proactive proposition of new ideas to build Region Marketing Plan and to increase sales and customers
- To plan meetings with Sales / MKTG / Merchandising / Shop Mgrs to discuss new Clienteling activities and to analyze the results of the ongoing ones
- Clienteling, daily activity conducted to build a good/trustable relationship with existing customers.
- Planning and conducting events to new and existing customers
- VIC management, attending VIP customers
-To verify CRM operational reports and CRM analytical reports.
-To provide CRM training in order to help CRM activities at shops/stores.
-To monitor and coordinate all CRM related activities smoothly, correctly in the most efficient manner
The Ideal Candidate
- CRM experience in the retail industry
- Good knowledge of Retail business with analysis skills
- Excel skill (use VLOOKUP function, create Pivot Table, etc…)
- Language: English requirements (for HQ communication)
- Characteristics: Accurate, Quick thinker, be able to read and understand numbers and perform analysis. Outgoing, proactive personality, ability to communicate well.
- SAP Knowledge is a plus
