Job Description


•      Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives

•      5 Years’ experience in building a fashion brand

•      Full social media marketing, Implement creative and innovative marketing campaigns across social content, influencers, events, partnerships and all digital branding

•      You will plan effective, creative and dynamic brand campaigns & build relationships with key influencers within the industry

•      Work closely with the Director to strategize and build the brand to increase sales

•      Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities

•      Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches

•      Collecting data on market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities for group brands/products

•      Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

•      Planning and implementing promotional campaigns

•      Excellent Ecommerce and Digital Design experience gained within a retail environment, preferably in fashion or jewellery or accessories

•      Strong portfolio clearly demonstrating an ability to approach different projects from the brands perspective keeping within their core values and designExcellent awareness of online promotional tools including web development, web UI design, usability, online media, social media, Banners and affiliates e.g Amazon

The Ideal Candidate

As Marketing Manager, you must be skilled across e-commerce, marketing and branding. You must understand the fashion industry and digital market extensively and have a strong background with experience in growing fashion brands.
