At dunhill we are currently recruiting for a Email Marketing Specialist to co-ordinate the planning, development, execution and reporting of all email campaigns taking full ownership of the revenue stream through email channels. Reporting into the Head of Digital, the role will lead the E-CRM function working closely with the digital team and wider communications department.
-Co-ordinate the planning, development, execution and reporting of all email campaigns.
-Coordinate with copywriting, translation and design departments.
-Implement test and learn strategies.
-Manage the email marketing planning calendar in line with communications and commercial calendar.
-Drive greater revenue and improved KPIs through email marketing channel
-Ensure a continued database and revenue growth for the channel. Working with CRM Manager, business intelligence team, customer services team and wider marketing team.
-Prep and present email updates and performance in weekly meetings with key stakeholders.
-Integrate email communications with other channels, including SMS, Apps and social media.
-Work with tech teams on automated data integration & data profiling projects.
-Develop a dedicated E-CRM newsletter/cross channel campaign.
-Run dynamic automated campaigns, segmentation & triggered sends.
-Become a super user and a go-to for our ESP.
-Budget management for email channel and E-CRM development.
The Ideal Candidate
-Strong e-commerce knowledge with minimum of 3 years email marketing specialise.
-Commercial awareness of email marketing strategy, with demonstrable ownership of channel growth.
-Knowledge and passion in ECRM and in championing the customer.
-Currently responsible for managing email marketing channels in a similar luxury environment.
-Ability to work towards tight deadlines and under pressure.
-Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop (basic)
-Experience in Experian Cheetahmail or similar platform
