Job Description

The Fashion team are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team working across a diverse portfolio, featuring both womenswear and menswear, runway clients as well as more commercially focused brands.

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Meet regularly with a broad spectrum of media to build new contacts and deliver media coverage
  • Proactively pitch to media coverage generating ideas that will include and support agency clients
  • Be responsible for the day to day running of client programmes reporting to the appropriate senior on the team
  • Juggle demands on multiple clients to ensure all work is conducted to schedule by the team and themselves (ensuring one client isn’t favoured over others.)
  • Prepare budget quotations for project, and reconciliations to monitor expenditure against budget
  • Produce media evaluations for clients that clearly correspond to campaign objectives
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients in most instances
  • Assist in development of new business responses and pitches as required
  • Delegate work responsibly to Executives and support staff
  • Co-ordinate with colleagues across the division to ensure the smooth running of accounts and effective management of shared staff
  • Play a key role in maintaining the company ethos, leading by example and encouraging all levels to follow suit

Skills and Experience:

  • Seasoned Account Manager with solid understanding of fashion industry
  • Proven and strong contacts in fashion sector
  • Mid-size agency experience
  • Experience with both runway and commercial clients
  • Experience supervising and motivating team members
  • Passionate about creativity and ideas generation and inspires colleagues
  • Confident and upbeat persona both with colleagues and clients
  • Must thrive in fast paced, busy environment
